Our phone lines are open from 8am till 5:30 Monday to Friday. No scripts just real specialists based in our Burghclere HQ. We try to fix any issues you may be having with operating the tool over the phone. If there is an issue with the tool itself we are able to courier the kit back to the head office and fix any mechanical issues here.

Please Download the Tecnodiagnostics Remote Support TeamViewer application below. Call us on 0844 335 0141 with your Remote I.D. number and have the equipment connected to a vehicle ready to test. Please SAVE the application to your desktop so you do not have to download it again.

3. Email us at or drop us a message on Facebook and one of our technical team will respond as soon as possible

4. Request one of our field team to come to your garage to assist with training on your tool

We also carry out training days where you and other garages can come to us to see what the tool can do and talk to you about how to get the best from your diagnostics tool.
